Let’schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pieces Pork loin (slices)
4 Pieces Onion
1 kg Pepper
500 g Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsp Paprika powder
2 Pieces Garlic cloves
2 Tbsp Oil for tde meat
2 Tbsp Oil for tde stew
0.5 Tsp Salt
2 Pinch Pepper
50 ml Soup

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil, dice the bell pepper and add to the onion, fry briefly.
  2. Place tomatoes in boiling water, then peel, dice and add to the bell pepper, add spices and broth. Let everything cook together in a covered pot for 30 minutes.
  3. Season the meat with salt and pepper, fry on both sides in a pan with some oil. Arrange meat and lecho on plates.
