Puszta cutlets

Ingredients for 4 portions

8 Pieces Pork chops
6 Tbsp Oil
80 g Bacon
150 g Onion
2 Pieces Red bell pepper
1 Piece Green bell pepper
2 Pieces Chili peppers
2 Pieces Garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
0.5 Tbsp Flour for dusting
250 ml Beef brotd
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Season the chops with salt and pepper, dust one side with flour and shake off excess. Cut the bell peppers into strips. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Sauté the onions in hot oil, add bell peppers, salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped hot peppers. Pour in some broth and simmer covered for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Heat the remaining fat in a pan, place the chops with the floured side down, quickly brown, flip and finish cooking, then remove from the pan.
  4. Drain excess fat and deglaze the pan with broth, bring to a boil. Add the chops, flip, let them simmer briefly. Also fry the bacon slices in oil.
