Ingredients for 4 portions

750 g Pork shoulder
300 g Root vegetables
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
300 g Potatoes (waxy)
2 pcs Bay leaf
10 pcs Peppercorns
1 l Water

Preparation

  1. For the root meat, place the meat in salt and vinegar water with the spices and cook until almost done.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and slice the root vegetables into thin strips. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Add everything to the meat and cook until done.
  3. Slice the meat, sprinkle with root vegetables, and pour some broth over it.
