Preparation
- First, clean the pork loin roast from the tendons. Then cut into equal-sized pieces. Divide the meat into three portions and place in small bowls. Add a tablespoon of oil to each bowl and knead vigorously with a spice mixture. Let the meat marinate for an hour.
- Wash the bell peppers and cut them into wide strips, removing the seeds. Peel and cut the onions into wedges. Mix the vegetables with a tablespoon of oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Thread the meat onto wooden skewers with a spice mixture each and fry in a pan on both sides with the remaining oil.
- Place the bell peppers and onions in the hot air fryer and cook at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes. Serve skewers and vegetables together.
