Three types of meat skewers with bell peppers

Ingredients for 2 portions

600 g Pork loin roast
6 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Ras el Hanout spice mix
1 Tbsp Cafe de Paris spice mix
1 Tbsp Gyros spice mix
2 Pcs Red bell peppers
2 Pcs Red onions
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt
6 Pcs Wooden skewers

Preparation

  1. First, clean the pork loin roast from the tendons. Then cut into equal-sized pieces. Divide the meat into three portions and place in small bowls. Add a tablespoon of oil to each bowl and knead vigorously with a spice mixture. Let the meat marinate for an hour.
  2. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into wide strips, removing the seeds. Peel and cut the onions into wedges. Mix the vegetables with a tablespoon of oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Thread the meat onto wooden skewers with a spice mixture each and fry in a pan on both sides with the remaining oil.
  4. Place the bell peppers and onions in the hot air fryer and cook at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes. Serve skewers and vegetables together.
