Breaded tomato-mozzarella cutlets

Ingredients for 2 portions

1 Shot Oil
2 Piece Pork Schnitzel
1 Piece Tomato
1 Scoop Mozzarella
1 Piece Egg
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 Shot Milk
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Pound the schnitzel flat, season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomato, remove the stem and slice. Drain the mozzarella and slice as well.
  2. Then cover one half of the schnitzel with tomato and mozzarella. Fold the other half of the schnitzel over. Beat the egg with a little milk. Coat the schnitzel in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  3. In a pan with hot oil, fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.
