herb-roasted pork loin

Ingredients for 4 portions

1 kg Boneless pork loin
1 tbsp Salt
1 Pinch Freshly ground pepper
1 Bunch Your choice of herbs
5 tbsp Oil

Preparation

  1. For the herb roast pork, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash the herbs, pat dry, and finely chop them.
  2. Mix the herbs with salt, pepper, and oil. Cut the rind 1 cm deep in a diamond pattern and spread the herb cream thickly over it. Place the roast in a heatproof dish and bake in the oven for 90 minutes.
