Preparation
- For the herb roast pork, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash the herbs, pat dry, and finely chop them.
- Mix the herbs with salt, pepper, and oil. Cut the rind 1 cm deep in a diamond pattern and spread the herb cream thickly over it. Place the roast in a heatproof dish and bake in the oven for 90 minutes.
