Satay skewers

Ingredients for 4 portions

600 g Pork tenderloin
2 tbsp Shan’shi soy sauce
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 pc Lemon (juice)
1 tsp Boemboe Sesate
0.5 tsp Ginger powder
0.5 tsp Lemongrass powder
1 pinch Cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut pork fillet into small cubes. Prepare a marinade from oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and spices and marinate the pork cubes in it for at least 5 hours, turning them over frequently.
  2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 5 hours, skewer the meat and grill it all around on the barbecue.
