Roast pork in a salt crust

Ingredients for 6 portions

3 kg Pork roast
1.5 kg Salt
3 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tsp Pepper

Preparation

  1. First, wash the roast, pepper it, and spread mustard on it. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with both top and bottom heat.
  2. Then spread the salt on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the roast on top of the salt, and cook in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
