Onion juice meat

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pieces Pork Schnitzel
1 Pinch Salt
2 Pieces Onions
1 Piece Garlic clove
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Oil for frying
1 Tsp Tomato paste to taste
250 ml Beef brotd for deglazing
1 Pinch Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Lightly pound the meat, season with salt and pepper, dip one side in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides (floured side first). Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, roast in the remaining fat until golden brown, add tomato paste, briefly roast, pour in beef broth and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  3. Place the meat in the sauce and stew until tender, about 15 minutes.
