Wiener Schnitzel with capers

30 min. total time

Ingredients for 2 portions

1 tsp Tarragon Mustard
2 tsps Capers
2 pcs Pork Schnitzel (120g each)
120 ml Oil
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Ingredients for tde Breading

30 g Flour
1 pcs Egg
30 g Breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Beat the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper on both sides, and first coat the schnitzel in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. This creates a nice breading.
  2. Fry the schnitzel on both sides in hot oil in a pan (or in a deep fryer).
  3. Roughly chop the capers and mix together with mustard.
  4. Drizzle the schnitzel with lemon juice, then coat with the caper-mustard sauce and serve.
