80 | ml | Beer (Dark) |

Preparation
- Prepare the grill for indirect grilling. Mix mustard with beer, rosemary, paprika powder and cumin to a thin seasoning paste. Peel garlic, press and stir into the paste.
- Rub the pork shoulder well with the seasoning paste, then season with salt and pepper to taste all around.
- Now grill at medium heat for about 1.5 hours (ideally measure the core temperature with a roasting thermometer, which should be 78° in the end). Slice and serve.
