Pork cutlet with mushroom filling

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pcs Pork Schnitzel
2 Pcs Eggs
1 Shot Milk
80 g Flour
80 g Breadcrumbs
100 ml Oil
150 g Mushrooms
1 Pcs Onion
1 Bunch Parsley Leaves
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt


  1. Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion. Then fry the mushrooms together with the onion in some oil. Season with salt, pepper, and washed parsley leaves.
  2. Cut the schnitzels horizontally like a Cordon-Bleu, but leaving them together. Then flatten them a bit and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mushroom filling on one half of the meat and fold the schnitzels together.
  4. For the breading, whisk the eggs with a fork and add a splash of milk. Then coat the schnitzels in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Now the schnitzels just need to be fried in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
