Pork loin roast in pizza dough

Ingredients for 5 portions

1 Pk Pizza dough
1 Glass Tomato sauce
1 Piece Pork loin roast
1 Cup Cheese
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with circulating air. Roll out the pizza dough and spread with tomato sauce. Pound the meat, season it, and fry it in oil.
  2. Place the meat on one half of the pizza dough and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the other half of the dough over the side with the meat and press the edges together.
  3. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
