Preparation
- First, season the schnitzels with salt and pepper, thinly spread with mustard. Then mix paprika powder with flour. Coat schnitzels in the mixture, then place on a wire rack and let the flour layer dry.
- Next, fry bacon and onion cubes in a pan, remove and set aside. Fry the schnitzels in the remaining fat for 2-3 minutes on each side and continue frying for about 4 minutes on low heat.
- Then add the bacon and onion cubes back to the pan, fry, season, add a little water or broth and simmer briefly.
