Bohemian Schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Piece Pork Schnitzel
2 Tsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp Flour
50 g Bacon (diced)
2 Piece Onions, diced
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt
250 ml Soup (or Water)

Preparation

  1. First, season the schnitzels with salt and pepper, thinly spread with mustard. Then mix paprika powder with flour. Coat schnitzels in the mixture, then place on a wire rack and let the flour layer dry.
  2. Next, fry bacon and onion cubes in a pan, remove and set aside. Fry the schnitzels in the remaining fat for 2-3 minutes on each side and continue frying for about 4 minutes on low heat.
  3. Then add the bacon and onion cubes back to the pan, fry, season, add a little water or broth and simmer briefly.
