1 | Shot | White wine |
50 | ml | Vegetable brotd |
1 | Tbsp | Butter |
200 | g | Green beans (frozen) |
5 | pcs | Pearl onions |
5 | slices | Bacon |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
Preparation
- Halve the pearl onions and cut the bacon into small pieces. Now put half of the butter in a pot and heat it on medium heat. Then fry the bacon and pearl onions in it.
- Deglaze with 4 tablespoons of water and add the green beans. Reduce the heat slightly and let everything simmer.
- Meanwhile, peel the onion and dice it into very small pieces. Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper.
- Then melt the remaining butter in a pan and quickly fry the minute steaks on both sides. Remove, wrap in aluminum foil, and set aside.
- Now sauté the onion in this pan. Deglaze with vegetable broth and white wine. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
- Briefly place the pork steaks back in the sauce and let them sit for a bit. Season the green beans with salt and pepper and serve with the meat and sauce.
