Pork minute steaks with green beans.

Ingredients for 2 portions

2 pcs Pork minute steaks
100 g Creme Fraiche
1 Pinch Salt
1 pcs Onion
1 Shot White wine
50 ml Vegetable brotd
1 Tbsp Butter
200 g Green beans (frozen)
5 pcs Pearl onions
5 slices Bacon
1 Pinch Pepper

Preparation

  1. Halve the pearl onions and cut the bacon into small pieces. Now put half of the butter in a pot and heat it on medium heat. Then fry the bacon and pearl onions in it.
  2. Deglaze with 4 tablespoons of water and add the green beans. Reduce the heat slightly and let everything simmer.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the onion and dice it into very small pieces. Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Then melt the remaining butter in a pan and quickly fry the minute steaks on both sides. Remove, wrap in aluminum foil, and set aside.
  5. Now sauté the onion in this pan. Deglaze with vegetable broth and white wine. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Briefly place the pork steaks back in the sauce and let them sit for a bit. Season the green beans with salt and pepper and serve with the meat and sauce.
