Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into strips. Cut the chives into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, brown the mushrooms on all sides and transfer to a plate.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
- Brown the onions in the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the meat and deglaze with wine. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and cook everything uncovered over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
- Add cream and mushrooms, thicken with flour, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Serve sprinkled with chives.
