| 4 | tbsp | Clarified butter |
| 750 | g | Sauerkraut |
| 2 | pcs | Potato |
| 2 | tbsp | Paprika powder |
| 2 | tbsp | Tomato paste |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
Preparation
- First, cut the meat into cubes for the Szegediner Goulash. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat the fat in a deep pan and roast the onions in it. Add the meat and sauté for about 15 minutes.
- Drain the sauerkraut well and mix it in. Peel, grate, and add the potato to the meat. Season with salt, paprika, and tomato paste.
- Finally, stir in the sour cream and let the goulash simmer for about 45 minutes, until the meat is tender.
