Sliced meat with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 portions

320 g Pork
2 Tbsp Oil
200 g Mushrooms
1 Piece Onion
1 Pinch Nutmeg
1 Shot Water
1 Tbsp Flour
4 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. First clean and slice the mushrooms for the sliced meat with mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  2. In a pan with oil, roast the onion, add mushrooms and meat and roast together. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add some water and simmer the meat until tender.
  3. Mix flour with sour cream, stir into the sliced meat and bring to a boil again.
