Preparation
- First clean and slice the mushrooms for the sliced meat with mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- In a pan with oil, roast the onion, add mushrooms and meat and roast together. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add some water and simmer the meat until tender.
- Mix flour with sour cream, stir into the sliced meat and bring to a boil again.
