Preparation
- Before the meat goes into the pan, it is seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Now heat a pan with some oil and sear the fillet at medium heat for 12-15 minutes until pink. It should be turned occasionally.
- 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add some olive oil and rosemary to the pan.
- Remove the meat from the pan and serve with a side of your choice.
