200 | g | Topfen |
50 | g | Pumpkin Seeds (chopped) |
1 | tbsp | Pumpkin Seed Oil |
4 | slices | Ham |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
1 | pcs | Yolk |
1 | pcs | Egg |
3 | tbsp | Flour |
4 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
4 | tbsp | Oil (for frying) |
Preparation
- First, pound the schnitzels thinly and sprinkle with some salt. Then mix quark, salt, yolk, pepper, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil in a bowl.
- Put a spoonful of the mixture on a slice of ham and roll it tightly so the mixture doesn’t leak out. Then prepare a bowl with flour, breadcrumbs and beaten egg.
- Next, cover each schnitzel with ham, fold it, and bread it in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides, then let them drain on kitchen paper.
