Preparation
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- Coat the meat twice. Peel and finely grate the horseradish root. Beat the eggs. Dip the meat first in the egg, then in horseradish, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs, repeating the process once.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded neck steaks on both sides over low to medium heat until golden brown.
