Pork belly

Ingredients for 4 portions

1 kg Pork ribs
10 Tbsp Water
1 kg Carrots
0.5 kg Potato
1 tsp Salt

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into large pieces.
  2. Season the ribs well with salt, brown them well in their own fat, then add the water.
  3. Add the carrots and potatoes and bring everything to a boil.
  4. Let it simmer for another 40 minutes, then remove from heat and let it sit for 15 minutes.
