Pork schnitzel according to grandma’s recipe

Ingredients for 2 portions

400 g Salted roast beef (according to basic recipe)
1 Piece Egg
2 Piece Garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Milk
4 Tbsp Flour
16 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
500 ml Oil
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Crack egg, mix with milk and salt. Peel garlic cloves and slice thinly.
  2. Pound the meat, press garlic slices onto the meat. Coat the meat with flour, then dip in the egg-milk mixture and press into breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry schnitzels until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper.
