Spicy rolled schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pieces Pork cutlet
4 Slices Ham
4 Slices Cheese
4 Pieces Oil peppers
1 Piece Egg
2 Tbsp Milk
0.5 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Flour
2 Cup Breadcrumbs
500 ml Oil

Preparation

  1. First, beat the egg with the milk in a wide bowl and pound the pork and season generously with salt.
  2. Next, place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of meat, then add a pepper in the middle, roll the schnitzel tightly and secure with a roulade needle.
  3. Coat these rolls in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the schnitzel rolls until golden brown on all sides, then let them drain on kitchen paper.
