4 | pcs | Garlic cloves |
2 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
2 | tbsp | Cumin |
Preparation
- Peel the garlic and chop it into small cubes or press it through a garlic press. Rinse the ribs with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Then rub well with salt, pepper, garlic and cumin. Place on a greased baking sheet and roast in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
