Pork ribs

Ingredients for 4 portions

2 kg Pork ribs
4 pcs Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
2 tbsp Cumin

Preparation

  1. Peel the garlic and chop it into small cubes or press it through a garlic press. Rinse the ribs with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Then rub well with salt, pepper, garlic and cumin. Place on a greased baking sheet and roast in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
