Preparation
- First, the marinade for the meat must be prepared as follows: mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed juniper berries, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic well.
- Then, depending on the size of the pork fillet, cut the meat into finger-thick pieces and marinate for at least three hours – preferably overnight.
