| 8 | Tbsp | Parmesan (freshly grated) |
| 6 | Tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
| 1 | Pc | Egg |
| 1 | Tbsp | Milk |
| 0.5 | Tsp | Herb salt |
| 500 | ml | Canola oil |
| 4 | Tbsp | Flour (all-purpose) |
Preparation
- First, trim and cut the washed pork loin into 2.5 cm thick slices, then season with herb salt.
- Mix the Parmesan with the breadcrumbs. Crack the egg and mix with the milk, add a little salt.
- Coat the meat slices first in flour, dip in the egg, and coat in the Parmesan breadcrumbs.
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the pork loin on both sides until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
