Pork goulash with plums

Ingredients for 4 portions

1 kg Pork (from tde neck)
3 Pcs Onions
4 Tbsp Ghee
200 ml Mulled wine
250 ml Beef brotd (hot)
2 Pcs Bay leaves
0.5 Tsp Salt
0.5 Tsp Pepper (freshly ground)
100 g Prunes (dried and pitted)
200 ml Whipping cream

Leave the Html-Format. “Preparation: 1. Cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the onions. 2. Heat the clarified butter in a roasting pan and sear the meat. Add the onions and let them roast. Deglaze with the mulled wine and add the beef broth. Also add the bay leaves, season with salt and pepper. Let the goulash simmer covered over medium heat for 30 minutes. 3. Then add the prunes and stir in the whipped cream. Let simmer gently covered for another 30 minutes. Season again with a little salt and pepper. Serve in preheated plates and as a side dish, serve egg noodles.”
