Preparation
- First, pound and salt the meat. Then wash the parsley, pluck it and roughly chop it. Now crack the eggs into a shallow bowl, beat them and mix in the parsley.
- Next, coat the meat on both sides in flour, dip it in the parsley-egg mixture, and coat it in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the schnitzel on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, and drain on kitchen paper.
