Mexican skillet

Ingredients for 3 portions

150 g canned beans (cooked)
3 Tbsp Oil
1 pc Onion
350 g Pork tenderloin
2 pc Garlic cloves
3 pc Bell peppers (mixed colors)
1 pinch Mustard powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Cumin
1 pinch Coriander
1 pinch Chili
1 pinch Paprika powder

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Remove seeds from all peppers and cut into large cubes. Shred the pork.
  2. Combine the oil with all spices and the meat, put in a cold pan and fry until browned.
  3. Add pepper cubes, beans, onion, and garlic and cook for about 8 minutes, turning frequently. Taste again and season if necessary.
