Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, top/bottom heat, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and wash the spinach.
- Sauté the onion in a pot with butter, add the spinach and sauté as well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Roll out the puff pastry, place the meat in the middle, and cover it with the spinach. Fold the dough over the meat and press the ends firmly together.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush with water. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
