Baked pork medallions

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 Pieces Pork Medallions
4 Pieces Gouda Cheese
1 Shot Oil
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Season the pork medallions on both sides with salt and pepper. Then, in a hot pan with oil, sear the pork medallions on both sides until browned.
  2. Place the medallions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place a slice of Gouda on each one. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius with the top heat on until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
