Cordon Bleu with Camembert

Ingredients for 2 portions

2 Pieces Pork Schnitzel
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt
100 g Breadcrumbs
1 Dash Milk
1 Piece Egg
2 Tbsp Cranberry Compote
125 g Camembert
2 Slices Cooked Ham
100 g Vegetable Fat

Preparation

  1. Begin by pounding the schnitzel very thin, seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Then place a slice of ham on top of the schnitzel. Next, add thin slices of camembert and some lingonberries on one half, fold the ham over, then add more cheese and lingonberries. Fold the schnitzel in half and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Beat the egg with a fork and add a splash of milk. Season with salt and pepper. Dip the schnitzel in the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel in medium heat until golden brown.
