Ingredients for 6 portions

| 4 | pcs | Garlic cloves |
| 12 | pcs | Cloves |
| 1.5 | tbsp | Chopped rosemary |
| 2 | tbsp | Liquid honey |
| 2 | tbsp | Sweet mustard |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 3 | pinch | Ground pepper |
| 300 | ml | Clear soup |
| 0.125 | l | Orange juice |
| 1 | tbsp | Orange zest |
Preparation
- Wash and pat dry the meat, if available, score the skin. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Spike the meat with the cloves.
- Combine garlic with mustard, rosemary, honey, orange juice, and orange zest. Rub the meat with this mixture and marinate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lift the meat out of the marinade, season with salt and pepper. Place the meat back in the roasting pan and brush with the marinade.
- Roast the meat for about 2 hours, gradually adding the broth. Lift the meat out of the roasting pan, let it rest for 20 minutes, then slice.
