Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Wash, clean, and chop the zucchini and peppers. Dice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Dice the pork and add it to the pan with the zucchini and peppers. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finely chop the garlic, dice the ham, and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve the noodles with the meat.
