Preparation
- First, wash the pork loin meat well, dry it and cut pieces with a thickness of about 2-3 cm.
- Season the medallions with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan with butter or lard, on both sides, until golden brown – about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Then place a piece of meat in the center of each aluminum foil and add a teaspoon of Brunch to each piece of meat. Close the foil at the top and place on a baking sheet.
- Cook the meat in a preheated oven at 120 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 25 minutes and serve the meat packets along with the aluminum foil.
