Preparation
- Peel and slice the onion for the Bigosch. Cut the meat into thin strips. Drain the sauerkraut and mushrooms well in a sieve.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the meat with the onion rings. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the sauerkraut and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
- Then add the mushrooms and tomato paste, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
