Preparation
- Pound the meat and season with salt. Crack the eggs and beat them in a plate. Peel the garlic, press it with a garlic press into the eggs and mix.
- First coat the meat with flour, then dip it in the garlic-egg mixture and press the breadcrumbs onto it.
- Heat lard in a deep pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
