Pork steak with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 pcs Pork steak (80 grams each)
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Szechuan pepper
200 g Mushrooms
10 pcs Cherry tomatoes
2 pcs Shallots
3 tbsp Clarified butter
1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation

  1. First, rub the meat well with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices, wash the tomatoes and halve them. Peel and dice the shallots.
  3. Heat two tablespoons of clarified butter in a pan and brown the steaks on both sides, then reduce the heat and cook until done.
  4. In a second pan, sauté the shallots in the remaining clarified butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the parsley. Cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Serve together with the meat.
