| 2 | Piece | Garlic cloves |
| 1 | Tbsp | Milk |
| 4 | Tbsp | Flour |
| 16 | Tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
| 500 | ml | Oil |
| 1 | Pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- Crack egg, mix with milk and salt. Peel garlic cloves and slice thinly.
- Pound the meat, press garlic slices onto the meat. Coat the meat with flour, then dip in the egg-milk mixture and press into breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry schnitzels until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper.
