Parisian Schnitzel with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pieces Pork Schnitzel
4 Pieces Eggs
200 g Cheese (grated)
1 Pinch Salt
100 g Tortilla Chips
100 ml Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Pound the schnitzel and season with salt. Then coat both sides with flour and dip in beaten egg.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the schnitzel slowly for 20-30 minutes. Before serving, place Kellys chips on top of the schnitzel and sprinkle with cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly, then remove from the pan and serve.
