Preparation
- For the Pannonian cabbage soup, chop sauerkraut and cook it with smoked meat, salt, pepper, and water.
- Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion, and prepare a roux with flour and fat. Add paprika powder and stir the roux into the soup. Let it boil briefly.
- Remove the meat from the soup, chop it into small pieces, and mix it back in. Before serving, stir in the sour cream.
