| 1 | pc | Onion |
| 350 | g | Pork tenderloin |
| 2 | pc | Garlic cloves |
| 3 | pc | Bell peppers (mixed colors) |
| 1 | pinch | Mustard powder |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tsp | Sugar |
| 1 | pinch | Cumin |
| 1 | pinch | Coriander |
| 1 | pinch | Chili |
| 1 | pinch | Paprika powder |
Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Remove seeds from all peppers and cut into large cubes. Shred the pork.
- Combine the oil with all spices and the meat, put in a cold pan and fry until browned.
- Add pepper cubes, beans, onion, and garlic and cook for about 8 minutes, turning frequently. Taste again and season if necessary.
