Cutlet with salt stick coating

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 Piece small schnitzel
60 g grated salt sticks (e.g. Soletti)
1 Piece whisked egg
1 Cup Flour
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. First, grate the salt sticks. Pound the schnitzels thinly and then season with salt and pepper on both sides. Coat with flour and then dip in the beaten egg.
  2. Finally, cover well with the grated salt sticks and fry on both sides in a pan with oil until golden brown.
