Preparation
- Cook the vegetables in salted water until they are al dente, drain, rinse, and let them drain well.
- Mix oil with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds, and rub the pork steaks on both sides with this mixture, then grill on a hot grill or in a grill pan on both sides.
- Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables in foaming butter or margarine, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Serve steaks with vegetables.
