Ingredients for 4 portions

1.5 kg Pork belly
2 pcs Onion
6 pcs Garlic cloves
30 g Pork roast seasoning
15 g Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the fat layer of the ribs in a diamond pattern. Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Rub the ribs all around with salt, pepper, pork roast seasoning, onion, and garlic, and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next day, grill the ribs indirectly at 160 degrees for about 70 minutes until crispy.
