Forest Quarter Schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 pcs Pork schnitzel
300 g Chanterelle mushrooms
200 g Smoked meat
4 pcs Egg
0.5 Bunch Parsley
1 Cup Flour (smootd)
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 pcs Egg for breading
3 Tbsp Oil for frying
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. First, pound the schnitzels, season with salt and pepper. Chop parsley, chanterelles, and smoked meat and briefly roast in fat,
  2. Stir in the eggs, let them set. Now spread the filling on the schnitzels, fold them over and pound the edges together.
  3. Coat the meat first in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown.
