| 300 | g | Leftover beef or pork roast |

| 1 | Pc | Bacon |
| 1 | Shot | Oil |
| 1 | Pinch | Marjoram |
| 1 | Pinch | Pepper |
| 1 | Pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- Cut the cooked and peeled potatoes into slices. Cut the onion and bacon into small cubes, fry in a little fat.
- Meanwhile, cut the meat into strips or slices, add to the onion and bacon with the spices in the pan and sauté.
- Then mix in the potato slices and add a little meat broth.
- Roast everything well and add some broth, as the hash should be moist and crispy on the table.
