Preparation
- First, season the schnitzel meat with salt and beat the eggs. Then mix the poppy seeds and breadcrumbs in a wide bowl.
- Dredge the schnitzels in flour first, then dip in the egg and coat in the breadcrumb-poppy seed mixture, pressing slightly.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan, then fry the schnitzels on both sides until they are light brown at medium heat. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
