| 4 | Slice | Emmental cheese |
| 35 | g | Wild garlic |
| 0.5 | Cup | Cream cheese |
| 2 | Pinch | Salt |
| 1 | Piece | Egg |
| 2 | Tbsp | Milk |
| 10 | Tbsp | Flour (fine) |
| 100 | g | Breadcrumbs |
| 500 | ml | Canola oil |
| 1 | Pinch | Pepper |
Preparation
- Cut the meat into large, thin schnitzels, wash and pat dry. Wash the wild garlic, dry it and cut it into fine strips, mix with cream cheese, salt and pepper.
- Then spread the meat with the cream cheese mixture, top with ham and cheese, fold together and secure with rouladen pins.
- For breading, mix egg with milk in a bowl. Coat the meat on both sides with flour, dip in the egg and press into the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
